Abundant Life
Jan 08, 2026
Before every new Six Weeks to Sanity course run, I like to pause and reflect on which of the six modules is most relevant to this current chapter of my life:
- Mindset
- Goal Setting and Time Management
- Health
- Decluttering
- Relationships and Boundaries
- Fostering faith
This will be my 6th time participating, and I’m just as fired up about diving into these intentional living concepts and conversations as I was the first time we launched the course back in 2020.
I am someone who needs to hear something over and over and over for it to stick. I need accountability and encouragement. While my circumstances and personal goals are ever evolving, the foundational elements of living by design rather than default remain the same. Whether I choose to focus on better sleep, reorganizing my office, or making room in my schedule for a new venture, plugging back in to our Six Weeks to Sanity teachings and community provides the fuel and wisdom I need to live purposefully rather than aimlessly.

This week’s journal prompt:
In John 10:10, Jesus said the thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
What does a Christ-centered “abundant life” mean to you? What obstacles are preventing you from experiencing this abundance that Christ provides? What small step can you take today to tap into that abundance?
