Face to Face

We could think of no better venue for our first FWL Live Event! It was essential for us that the participants of the FWL community, who traveled to be with us, felt treasured and immersed in the principles and values we practice together through our courses, membership, book club, retreats, and podcast. We wanted our guests to leave feeling fulfilled, not just physically, but spiritually as well!

Olympia Rusu, the co-creator of Back to Basics, went above and beyond to make our evening truly special! She brought together an amazing team to prepare a feast using fresh produce from their garden and enhanced the entire experience with countless thoughtful and beautiful details.

Between the farm tour, the St. Basil Tea Tasting, and the Feast itself, we just delighted in one another's company! It was wonderfully surreal to finally hug friends we’ve known through ZOOM calls for years! What a gift! Our hearts are still full from the loveliness of it all! 

God willing, we will have many more opportunities for face-to-face connection in the years to come! Cynthia and I are already brainstorming ideas for our next Live Event! Thank you to everyone who has supported this FWL Ministry and participated in our online community! It has been an honor and a joy to grow with you and to be encouraged and uplifted by your loving kindness and insightful contributions!
