For anyone who wants to elevate their every day with joy and beauty
Have you ever wondered if your daily life could feel lighter, more intentional, and truly nourishing—for you and the people you love?
You’re not alone.
Maybe you’ve wished for slower mornings, nourishing meals, and a home that feels like a true haven—not just a checklist of to-dos.
Many of us crave a life that’s more rooted and creative, where everyday moments are savored rather than rushed through.
You might have tried planners, meal apps, or new routines, hoping things would finally click. If it still feels like something’s missing, that’s okay.
It’s not because you’re doing it wrong, or not doing enough.
It’s simply that our natural rhythm has been quietly overshadowed by a world that moves too fast.
Maybe what’s missing isn’t effort or more productivity, but a softer, steadier pace:
a grounding thread that connects your heart, your home, and your hands.
YOU DON'T NEED TO OVERHAUL YOUR LIFE OR HUSTLE HARDER.
Instead, you're invited to rediscover the simple rhythms and routines that make home—and life—feel whole again.
Back to Basics is a 10-week, resource-packed online experience that guides you to slow down, return to joy, and flourish in everyday life—transforming meals, routines, home, and habits into moments of beauty and intention.
With warmth, encouragement, and community, you’ll learn how to:
𑁍 Elevate meals with intentional, joyful cooking and intuitive kitchen confidence
𑁍 Nurture mindset & daily rhythms that support peace and flourishing
𑁍 Cultivate new hobbies and creative outlets
𑁍 Bring beauty into your home — not through perfection, but through purpose
𑁍 Grow habits & routines that inspire connection, creativity, and delight
𑁍 Celebrate meals, moments, & relationships as expressions of love and joy
There’s no pressure to perfect your routine or keep up with anyone else. Instead, you’ll find space to reflect, try new things, and enjoy the encouragement of a supportive community that shares your heart for simplicity, beauty, and faith-filled living.
Designed for intentional women, creative homemakers, and soulful stewards of home and health, Back to Basics offers gentle, practical ways to enrich your home and life.

Together Is How We Thrive
One of the most beautiful parts of Back to Basics is the community you’ll step into: women who are also slowing down, trying new things, and learning how to make home feel whole again.
Whether you’re baking your first sourdough, experimenting with herbal remedies, or simply seeking more peace in your day, you’ll be surrounded by others who understand your hopes for a more intentional life.
Here, your journey is valued, your questions are welcomed, and your progress, no matter how small, is celebrated.
The community calls, group chats, and ongoing support mean you always have a place to turn for ideas, inspiration, and heartfelt connection.
Meet Your Guides on This Journey
Back to Basics was created by women who live what they teach—homemakers, teachers, writers, and wellness guides who have chosen a more intentional, wholehearted path.
They know what it means to slow down and create beauty at home and in life, and now they’re here to share that journey with you.

This course has really helped me grow and find joy.
I learned skills that have not only changed the way I eat and feed my family, but the way I think about food, and food as medicine. It is amazing to see all the things God and provided for us, and how we can use it to heal and serve our families and others.
Cynthia, Molly, and Olympia were kind, informative, and so supportive throughout this journey. It was a beautiful way to spend 10 weeks learning skills that I can continue to cultivate and pass down to my children and one day my grandchildren.
